  • Hmm... love the band, but... I really tire of all the false piety among so many Christian bands. Despite what Randy was saying at the end here, these guys NEVER got along. It was always Randy and Bryan against the two brothers. And as I recall they battled it out in court as well as on stage. They sure made some great music though.

  • They reunited in 2001 - maybe the relationships improved by then. I never heard of trouble in the band.

  • Randy is my dad. They never went to court. They got along great for about 9 years -- but all good things come to an end :-)

  • CAME TO CHRIST OUT OF THE PUNK SCENE IN 1980 AND I WAS FACED WITH LOADS OF ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE 'CHRISTIAN' MUSIC, BUT THESE GUYS REZ, KEITH AND LARRY HELPED ME THRU. Still serving Him.

  • A great song glad to hear it again. Great wisdom back then and now.

The quality was greatly neglected compared to commercial bands, especially in this 1st rate song and performance.

  • @phantastes My sister dated Bryan before he got married, and he was kind of a jerk offstage. Randy had a superstar complex. The brothers were mellow and cool, especially Rick.

  • @makthing220 awesome!

  • wish we could see a revival of this great kind of music.........

  • rock on Sweet Comfort!

  • Sweet Comfort truely reached thousands of people in the 70s, and I feel honoured to know them. God has used their ministry to reach out to people and my God continue to use them for his purpose. Kevin the founder is now with his saviour, playing bass in heaven.

  • My Son owns that Bass guitar now...I got o play it when they opened up for the Becky Fender Band in Dallas at Reunion Arena in Dallas. I still love these guys. Pray for them them when you think about them.

  • We will miss you Kevin! Ricky B
