Graduate engineers run a workshop at Frome College. The Students design and construct scale bridges, finally the graduates test the bridges to destruction. Part of the Rook Lane 'Bridging the World' exhibition celebrating the engineering achievements of Frome born engineer Sir Benjamin Baker. One of Bakers greatest achievements was the design of the Forth bridge after the Tay Bridge disaster which killed many when it collapsed in 1879.
