One thing I can add is "culture" unifies a people. Not all Black people share the same culture. Malcolm X said it best "We may have different religions, yet let's get together on what we have in common and focus on those." People do wrong until they've been shown to do right. Just as a baby is born it is taught, even grown ups still need teaching.

McDonalds makes more money selling the real-estate that the McDonalds is on than the actual McDonalds. A turn key business is able to provide benefits to employees.
