this is Norteño music from northern mexico....Mariachi is from central mexico, specifically from this state called Jalisco (the jaliscos capital is Guadalajara) .. and of course this is not ALL the mexican music... theres a lot of diferent styles... but this not Mariachi music.

i am not mexican or latino but this music is awsome pure form of art by the native of the americas first time i listen was in california in 1999 st diego and tiwana mexico is not the junk on BET OR MTV OR VHS AND BY WAY i am africa and have great respect of the talent of native poeple and their way of life in everywhere

Dude, this is not mariachi, this is a norteño band, maybe sounds like Tamaulipas o Nuevo Leon bands...I know this because I am Mexican...

@chokobe111 sorry! but this style is from to mexico and mariachi too so to many the people in san diego and california is hispanic or mexican and in tijuana is city of mexico but long time ago san diego y california city to mexico the mariachi and banda and norteno is music 100% mexican,
