At the New Year's Eve Grand Opening of TOPS, Reginald Love makes Felicia Gallant an offer she can't refuse ~ take over the management and eventually the ownership of Bay City's hottest new restaurant/nightclub. Not so fast says Mitch Blake, who's in a cranky mood cuz he just got dumped (again) by Rachel.

Part 2: At her apartment, Wallingford tries to calm a worried Felicia, who returns to TOPS to give Reginald her final answer.

@travis082185 I'm not certain of the time line but around 1995 Felicia sold TOPS to Franco and opened the bookstore "Wallingford's" with Cass. So I guess b/c Felicia was no longer associated w/ the restaurant, it was no longer a Bay City hot spot & didn't appear on-camera. Personally, I loved TOPS.

@FeliciasKid That was also around the same time Joe Carlino and his restaurant Carlino's made their debut which probably helped cause the disappearance of TOPS as well.

Thank you so much for this clip of one of daytime soaps' most unlikely, yet most loving friendshipa between Felicia Gallant and Wallingford. RIP to Wallingford's portrayer Brent Collins.
