*Two nights before the dance, in Selena's living room*

Demi: Sel! Heaven help me, you have a gorgeous outfit to wear and I still have nothing!
Selena: Its the apocalypse!! I have a dress and you dont!! *tries not to laugh*
Demi: *getting worried* Sel this isn't funny!
Selena: Demi chill. If worst comes to worst, you can always just wear jeans. *splutters with laughter*
Demi: Selena Gomez! Get out now!
Selena: Demi, its my house you dork. *grins*
Demi: *groans* I hate it when you're right...
Selena: *laughs and hugs Demi* Demi, we'll find something. I promise.
Demi: *smiles* Thanks Sel. I know I can count on you.
Selena: Ok ok enough of the soppiness. Doesn't Dallas have any dresses or anything?
Demi: Selly, you're a genius! Let's go!
Selena: Demi...its 4am. We're not going anywhere but to my room, and nice comfy beds.
Demi: I knew that! *turns away from front door and goes into Selena's room*
Selena: *follows her* Soooo Demi, not meaning to add anything else onto it or anything, but we dont have dates either...
Demi: *freezes* Dang it! I knew I forgot something!!
Selena: *laughs* Since when have guys been things?
Demi: Since I said so.
Selena: Well...who are we going to take?
Demi: *looks at Selena and grins*
Selena: *backs away* Uh oh...I know that look...
Demi: *gets on one knee* Selena, will you be my date to the dance?
Selena: *bursts out laughing* D-d-Demi!
Demi: *laughs* ok so I'm desperate. Geez give me a break *lies down on Selena's bed*
Selena: *laughs* Hey, what about that guy you like, down the road from here?
Demi: *nervous* What guy? I dont like a guy. Dont know who your talking about.
Selena: *rolls her eyes* Ok Demi. Whateeeever you say. Night. *lies down and fake snores*
Demi: *puts a pillow over Selena's head* Good night doofus
Selena: *muffled* Drama Queen
Demi: How is that being drama queen??
Selena: *fake snores realy loud*
Demi: *rolls eyes* Night Sel.

-next morning-
Demi: *bangs pillow over Selena's head* Wake up!
Selena: Who?What?Where?Huh?!?!
Demi: *laughs* Come on, we're going to raid Dallas's wardrobe! *excited*
Selena: *sleepily* What time is it?
Demi: 6 o'clock!
Selena: *rolls back over*
Demi: *screams*
Selena: *worried* What? Demi are you ok?!
Demi: Snake!!! *points to Selena's side of the bed*
Selena: *jumps out of bed and bolts out of her room*
Demi: *laughs to herself* Gulli-ble! *follows Selena*
Selena: *sitting on her sofa with her legs up* Where is it?!
Demi: *innocent* Where's what?
Selena: The snake! *looks around scared*
Demi: What snake? *shrugs and walks out the door*
Selena: Demetria Devonne Lovato!!! *runs after Demi*

-halfway down the street, Selena catches up to Demi-
Demi: *turns around and gasps* Selena, there's something I should tell you...
Selena: *eyes narrow* What...?
