I bet if they had a billion dollar defense budget they wouldn't need to resort to such tactics.
I can't blame the repressed for using whatever means they have to resist. Your right, it's not pretty, ... it's not "fair" Maybe if the IMF gave them 1.9Bn for their defense they could "fight fair".
