  • how many kg are each kettlebell?

  • that double overhead press, if you dont know what you're doing, will take your shoulder right out of its socket. Thats what makes kettles so effective. It isn't lifting or training, its practicing form perfection and concentration and as a result, strength and endurance. good for everyone. real practical strength
