Why is Secretary of the State doing in Foreign Affairs? Hilary Clinton's position should be Secretary of Foreign Affairs. I think it is good.

I love her tone that she uses when she speaks here. Sounds and just has the look and feel of a president but Secretary of State also is appropriate.
