This video is taken from behind because it is meant for Samadhi students to practice with. This was not meant to be a performance choreography, but just a choreography that incorporated all the moves taught in the first 6 week session of classes. Yet, Somehow we keep performing it. I think it's becoming the Samadhi line dance we have so many people that know it now!

  • It's a good speed for both practicing dancing and drumming I guess!

  • wat song is tat...familiar

  • It's Masmoudi by Solace. It's from their Rhythm of the Dance CD.

  • I really love this. For a beginning class this is wonderful and gives an opportunity to run thorugh a list of basic movements..but for an intermediate class a chance to tighten up the isolations and work on real stage presence. I think this is put together VERY nicely...from a teaching perspective.

  • Thanks! I kept all the moves very simple for the very reasons you were talking about. For some reason, I couldn't get beginner students to practice much at home without giving them a basic choreography to practice.
