AL COLLINS WAS AN AMERICAN WHO PLAYED THE VIOLIN. LIKE CARROLL GIBBONS, AL SETTLED IN ENGLAND & CONDUCTED THE ORCHESTRA AT THE SAVOYS SISTER HOTEL, THE BERKELEY.

AL'S RECORDS ARE VERY RARE, HE ONLY MADE A HANDFUL. THIS IS ONE OF HIS BEST.

PLAYED ON A DECCA DECOLA RADIOGRAM c1946, COST OVER £320 IN THE 40s!!!

    I must have bought this when I was about 11. I'll add the other side soon as its as good.

  • Brilliant this one!I had it on a dance band days tape i recorded from the radio show,and played it over and over as i read a book on Hauntings around the uk so always associate it with old haunted Castles!!
