If it doesn't matter if it's alive or not, and it's only about what the mother can "live with," then what about a 7-month-old or a toddler? If the mother can "live with it," should she be able to kill her baby then? No Pro-life person would ever want to force a 6-year-old to give birth. That is a red herring and you know it. Saving the life of the mother is the almost-universally accepted exception, and a child so young would be at great risk of dying from the pregnancy.

You have to stop adding words to the constitution. The Establishment Clause says nothing at all about a national religion, nor about comparison of religions. It is a general clause forbidding the government from respecting religion of any kind. This does remove religion from government, not necessarily from public life. Private persons can express whatever religious sentiment they chose in public. That is what the 2nd part means.
