This was an informal demonstration of chi kung and kung fu by three of Master Shi Guo Song's students. (The first part is chi kung, the last part is kung fu.) The demonstration was performed for fellow students, family and friends on Dec 2008.
The students are taught by Master Shi Guo Song, a 34th generation Shaolin monk who is currently teaching kung fu and chi kung at Markham Chinese Cultural Centre in Market Village in Markham Ontario, Canada http://canadashaolintemple.com
Check out his videos:

There is a good video clip of Master Shi Guo Song from the Discovery Channel:

At the time of this recording, the students had been studying under Master Shi Guo Song for less than a year.
QiGong is such a great art, very beneficial in internal strength and physical healing. I'm gonna start learning it next week because apparently my shifu's welcoming a monk to start teaching us for the month.

To answer both of comments made for this video, the first eight movements is called Eight Section Brocade. This is a basic daily Chigong exercise for all the Shaolin Kung Fu monks. I learned this directly from Grandmaster Shi Guo Song. I believe these performers are his students in Canada..
You could called the second part of the performance "Tong Bi Chun" . A form of Fist sparring...
