Ok, I've done some cooking videos and such, maybe it's time to do some actual update videos about my WLS journey.

Check out my blog at http://formerfatdudes.com

Not sure what hosed the audio sync, still getting used to my editing software.

  • WOW, what a difference in how you look. I am wondering what I will look like.

  • Thanks... make sure you take pics/videos... and don't forget to do measurements too, they can help keep you motivated even when the scale stalls out on ya here and there!

  • Thanks Steph.. we'll see how this goes. Not sure if my audio problem is cause I'm using my netbook to record, or if something happened in my editing. We'll see.

And Linda... yea, I'm starting to think we shoulda got the picture.. oh well. Next year we'll have to try the one at the Sahara... it goes up a tower at the end and then returns back to the start... backwards!

  • I just found your vlog and I'm really happy to have found you. I think it is so important for more men to come on board here with the community. You look great 180 pounds that is amazing congrats! I'm off to watch more of your videos and I will be in Vegas for the 2011 gig! I can't wait to meet more YouTubers!

  • I have not taken pics, but I do have my vids here. I have been meaning to take measurements. I believe I will do the measurements and pic tomorrow. Watching this video has started me thinking more about my upcoming surgery. Thanks for posting it.

  • You've come so far, we all have! When you stop for a moment and think about all the things we can do and are doing it's amazing. And lots of times we don't have a second thought about it, because of the sheer amount of things. Glad you're stopping and acknowledging the little things. Rob, Thank you for being my 1st post surgery roller coaster ride partner and - my friend. Glad to be going through this with you.
