I tried to find a way to apply pressure the plywood. This is my first attempt, it was going well until one of the clamps exploded. I'm going to try again using bolts for the clamp tightening.

The shape of the deck is based on my G&S freestyle board (originally purchased in San Francisco in 1977 with Tracker Midtracks and OJ Superjuice wheels) but widened as I was trying to get the feel of a Logan Earthski.

The shape is drawn in Adobe Illustrator then printed out on a A4 printer and spliced together and sellotaped. The deck I've just glued is probably not going to work. I need to improve the clamping and probably add one or two layers of glass to stiffen the flex.
