Indian director Myskkin from Tamilnadu has created his film "Mugamoodi"(THE FIVE FOOT BATMAN). "Its a heavy budget film as tickets are expected to range from Rs.10 to Rs.30", says Indian Beggars Comittee, IBC. Director Myskkin says " Tickets will be refundable for people who watch my film 2 & 1/2 hours continously, without going out of theatre hall". He also says, " Ropes, Hand Kerchiefs, Kerosene, Match Boxes will be issued inside the theatre hall itself ".
