Ok, so you may not know your Victoria Island from your Kerning City, but if you've ever spent time level grinding in ANY online world you'll LOL at these online misadventures. The follow-up film to "The True MapleStory" this sequel stares blankly into many complaints I have with all MMORPGs from insane quests to hackers, noobs and online romance. So why MS? Its just easier to draw than WoW!

@mega17 here's the problem with that "Real gamers" statement... soldiering on implies that what you're doing is work... isn't the whole point of playing a game to escape and well NOT be work?

The only reason quests like 5000 slimes etc exist is because you guys as a whole put up with it and/or have nothing better to do, if gamers started leaving in droves like they are with... oh final fantasy for example they would soon change their tune, 'real gamers' are allowed to have standards you know

In my opinion, it's really just MMO burnout.

There are many MANY players who are enjoying Maplestory as much as you did before. You've just exhausted your "gaming capacity" - So everything else feels repetitive or lame.

Real gamers will soldier on because they actually just want to explore the new experiences, and just love the game for the game. People who miss the "way it used to be" are just trying to escape reality and need more friends in real life~
