i was driving and i was high..and i saw these 3 fine ass girls in a bmw 5 series..and i kept looking at em and BAM!...i crashed into the car that had stopped on the signal infront of me..lol i hit my face on the steering wheel..but yeh i fucked the rear end of the car infront of me..lol

If you don't pass a driving test... twice... you think it's okay to drive? I mean, I only have a permit to drive, yet I'm fine. I also don't have a permit for a motorcycle. I own a motorcycle, and ride it daily. It's been years now, and I haven't had the slightest issue. It amazes me how people can fail the permit test and then fail the driving test. If it was failed because of not parallel parking properly, I'd understand, but otherwise? Seriously, practice on back roads or get off the road.
