Thank you for your message. What you say is scriptural.

Good message brother, we must all come back to the Biblical teachings, and may God be exalted and men must be humbled. All glory to the Lord.

great video.. so true. Here in the UK i have been to church's where the Pastor will not mix with the brethren after the sermon.... its a fake spirituality, a fake holiness and makes me sick to be honest. I don't go to these places anymore as my eyes are open now

Hello, this is the first video that i watch from you. And i have to agree absolutely with you. Everytime i hear or read how Christians call each other "Father" or even "Priest" i have to think about that scripture.

BTW When I said the video should be longer, I simply meant, like a good show, I wanted to hear more!
Meant as compliment, not criticism

Those with titles also put up walls and barriers that prohibit fellowship, pure horizontal fellowship.
These titles should be viewed as functions of certain members of the body who are gifted in a particular area. Also these are not offices to be filled or held. I think the video should have been 8 min long! Good concept!

My sentiments exactly! Great video. Fruitful teaching. Praise Jehovah Nissi (Our Banner of Victory).
You could also mention Ps. 111:9 (KJV), which says that "Reverend" is God'sname.

Titles create elitism and division among the saints.
The term "pastor" means "shepherd." In John 10, Christ said there will be 1 flock & ONE Shepherd (Himself). Yes, there are Believers w/the gift of shepherding/pastoring...but no, they're not the shepherd of any Believer. Jesus is the Shepherd of all Believers. People say "my pastor this" "my pastor that"...but they're not talking about Jesus. hmm......in Psalm 23 David said "the LORD is my Shepherd"
great video!~

Division and elitism that is exactly the sum of it. Meekness and humility is too often absent when the title is attached.c
