@cravetheburn - I am definitely doing a second round. Can I ask you , what program you used to do your transformation video?? I love how you showed all your pics at once. I can't wait to do one of my own videos... even though I am not even clsoe to being done transforming! :))))

You are strong. I usually cheat a bit when i do these for the ego boost. Yours are perfectly strict, well except for the last one maybe =)

That's awesome!, I could not do 1 either when I started, I assisted my self to much with the chair and by the time I hit phase III I still could not do 1, I tossed the chair aside and started doing what I call hang time, pulling up and hanging then going down slow and hanging half way and man in a week I was doing them, that was 1.5 months ago and now I can do 11 in a row and in the last legs & back I did a total of 97 for the entire workout, and I still hang after every set. That's my trick :o)
