Featuring ten years of a NYC non-profit organization, SKYLINE COMMUNITY by showcasing six of 70 documentary shorts produced in a filmmaking and mentoring program entitled Skyline Charter Scholarship, which trained Latino and Black urban youth. Interspersed between the youth-produced documentaries are interviews with some of the 1,500 graduates, their parents, supporters, and Executive Director.
