distorter

OK, so here's the first of what will be a series of uploads to show what it is that I do exactly, with the first round to show what I do on bass... this is "distorter", appropriately named because I'm toying around with distortion (and heavy flange) on the bass. On this track I'm using something I don't normally use, an Ibanez PT3DX multi-effects processor I had been doing some repair work on in preparation for someone else to use, and when I was testing it I wrote this little thing. Playing on my 1984 Ibanez Roadstar II (I swear I like this bass more than I like my Fender Japanese P-Bass), through my SWR Basic Black Combo amp, tube preamp, 1x15 with a tweeter. Anyway, just an example of what it is that I do, more to follow... (please don't mind my cat cleaning herself, lol)
