I'm against all medical marijuana laws. Marijuana should not be regulated, except if people are trying to sell you parsley instead of premium bud. Those people should have to repay their victims. You can't end the drug war if the pharmaceutical industry has an interest in controlling all of the drug profits.

Cannabis should be legal completely. Even the medical marujuana programs don't stop the greatest problem of prohibition, which is not just the infringement of personal liberty, but the fueling of giant ciminal organizations and the incarceration of millions of people for nonviolent drug offenses. It is wasteful and unjust and creates far more problems than it solves. If Cannabis was completely legal it would be so cheap that there would be no impetus for a black market.
