Homenagem da Televisual aos 35 anos das Meninas Cantoras de Petrópolis. Homage of Televisual, at 35 years of the group Petropolis Girls Choir.

Para essa homenagem, registramos o Maestro Marco Aurélio Xavier ao piano, regendo a interpretação das meninas para uma das músicas mais marcantes ao longo de toda história do coro. "Doce é sentir" acompanha cada menina, desde que iniciam os seus estudos como aprendizes. Porém, nem o mais fiel registro audiovisual, reproduz a emoção e a energia que elas transmitem a quem as vê de perto, entoando essa canção.

For this tribute, we recorded the Maestro Marcus Xavier at the piano, conducting the girls in the interpretation of one of the most striking songs throughout the history of the choir. "Doce é sentir (Sweet is feel)" accompanies each girl, since starting their studies as apprentices. But neither the most accurate audiovisual record, reproduces the emotion and energy that they transmit to those who see them up close singing this song.

No vídeo, pela primeira vez, aparecem imagens do quadro intitulado "O Som e a História" de autoria do artista plástico Paullo Ramos e presenteado ao coral pelo poeta Fernando Costa. Desde 27/04/2010 a obra está na Sala de Ensaios das MCP. Ela retrata a imagem de Santa Maria de Montserrat, padroeira do grupo, abençoando o cantar único de suas afilhadas.

In the video for the first time, images are displayed the painting titled " O Som e a História (The Sound and the Story)" authored by the artist Paullo Ramos and offered to the choir, by the poet Fernando Costa. Since 27/04/2010, the artwork is in the rehearsal room of the House of MCP. It depicts the image of Santa Maria de Montserrat, patron saint of the group, blessing the unparalleled singing of their godchildren.

Children's singing skill is amazing and so is that of the organist. It's regrettable that I can't understand the meaning of the lyrics. Anyway, I was touched . This is really a professional video. Camera works are perfect.
