It means:

1. Every animal (also the ecological ones) that serves as food, HAS TO be prepared with anti-biotics and exotic growhormons;

2. Food supplements like vitamins and minerals will be ILLEGAL

ps technically all nations can 'opt out' of codex, the thing is the WTO etc.. will punish them so severly /so much with (trade) sanctions if they do that no nation dare do so...so this solicitor is not talking sense...its just a obvious 'we could step out if we want'..but we wont be able to!!! so i suspect he's saying this to make us relax...is he a lawyer for the pharmas - makes you wonder??

it will be a serious offence to grow foods, especially with therapeutic properties after codex fully comes into effect 2012...you will be treated as the equivalent of a heroin dealer...time to realise we stop it soon or its all over, the facist-corporate elite want to own the very water and air around us and eventually us ourselves..

I agree. Bill Gates established a massive seed vault in arctic Norway just last year. Norway is rather remote and I am sure it will be heavily guarded. Bill, as it seems, has moved from the business of software to world food control.
