I use a Canon SD900 digital camera with 10MP. I use it on the medium quality setting since the HQ setting eats the memory in no time. I bought an 4GB/HQ SD flash memory chip which lets me video for about 20-25 minutes before filling. I also have a bunch of 2GB chips that hold half as much. The battery life is excellent, the camera is small, and it is easy to use. I think I paid around $400 for it a year ago.
