@RetartedScraggy For me, Definately The Guardian from Dead Space but it's more like a mini-boss. There's a Human Centipede-like monster in one of the Silent Hill Games. Either Lisa Trevor or Mendez from Resident Evil (Ricardo Irving has a disturbing factor also). Dead Hand from Zelda. Andross from Starfox. Birdo from Super Mario (Read the description of him). Marx Soul from Kirby. Body Weapon from Shinobi. Mephiles from Sonic 06. Tentacle Fiend from Ninja Gaiden.
