and yes E39 gearbox 6 speed , powertrain combined from e39 M5 and E36 M3, lsd from E36 M3 as well

everythings going to be fitted in a E30 touring, only problem is the engine management...

and its going to be street legal. 100%

@MyDarkMe you will not weld or cut? so gear box will fit in the e30 , probably it will be e39 manual cz its the only big 6 manual speeds can be fit to your v12 engine , also e36 , e 46 m3's gearboxes can't fit , so you sure you'll not edit the body cutting welding , are you sure , you are a mechanic ?? hmmmm i don't think so ,

@3131561 first of where is "here" and btw im an mechanic too, working for BMW dealership, building my own V12 E30 at the moment (M70/D2 from a crashed B12, where the engine is even bigger)...

so i can ensure you, you dont need to cut or weld anything at all.

and i doubt that your laws whereever you are, are more strict than those we have here in germany

@MyDarkMe i don't think its street legal , you know why? engine and gear mounted , they cut and weld in new place , old was 4 cylinders , new is ten !!!!

street road inspection they don't care for what engine you install for your car , but they will put the car on jack and will check how this engine setting on the car , thats it , trust me i am mechanic and own garage and maybe i am wrong cz i dono how things going on in every country maybe there is different , here is very strict

@3131561 Actually it is 100% streetlegal since he upgraded the brakes also and the engine itself is streetlegal too, since it came from a production car.

Even in Germany (where we have the strictest laws about things like that) there are a few cars like that running.

for all these assholes , i am bmw fan , but to tell u , buying a ferrari is buying a flavor , its not a car , that bmw is too light , total weight doesn't exceed 1.2 tons including the m6 swapped engine , and the e39 manual gear box , and running with 500 hp , 4 vanos , twin on each cam , i don't think its street legally , but its wrong to insult ferrari with highly engineered tuned bmw e30
