  • Hi Jester

Have you had your overnighter yet? Am I right in thinking you live in Preston. If so, you are welcome to join me on wood of my overnighters as I don't live too far away from you.

  • @Northwestbushcraft That sounds good to me. However, Im in the process of moving house (Still in Preston area) so Im a little strapped for spare time at the moment, but would definitely be interested at some point...cheers

  • Just done my first solo overnight, transferring format for edit.

  • @MrHatManS Great stuff, look forward to watching that...

  • Looking forward to seeing that, always nice to see other peoples spin, on their routine.

  • @MrHatManS Yep looking forward to it and will definitely be doing a video. Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated...

  • @g0vqw My main goal is to eventually get the kids more involved. Not sure about my daughter (She's a bit girly I think), but my lad loves the outdoors, animals, insects etc. so one day I hope for us both to be able go on more trips, using canoes, hammocks etc.

Yes the winter months are getting ever closer, time to get the woolies aired I think !

  • Can't wait to see the "Over nighter video" Mick,

Glad your missus gave you the green light!

You could also take your children along at some point, but first go solo to get the hang of things.

The challenging months are ahead of us. I plan on wildcamping atleast once per month throughout the winter.

    Sandy

  • @06butlertul Ha Ha... The green light was from my wife... But I will be having a small contained fire no doubt ! Thanks for your comment matey
