What I like about Alison in addition to the obvious and already stated (talent, technical excellence, voice) is that she has managed to retain her humanity, even humility in spite of being a recording artist at 14. Very few people can handle early sucess with grace and charm.

this may not seem true but its not a lie. my dad Rick Johnson cut an album with alison and im his daughter and this is the first song that i ever sung on stage with my dad.

I been a fan of hers since the late 80s my ex and I used to 2step to union station at the Western Connection in Southern California before they were big before alison was actually in the band but brought her on stage and did this song and a few others she capivated everyone I remember the last night they played they said they were goin to Nashville to make a record and get famous I guess it worked lol alison and union station are my all time favorite country/bluegrass band and shes so beautiful

This was the one that sold me (way back in 1991!)...totally love her voice...makes me cry @ times.
