Tell you what, sport, you read the fucking thing. Unless you're a heartless, mindless, gutless thug (i.e. republican) you may learn a little something about the unfortunate need to buttress laws against rape and torture because corporations like KBR and Blackwater would skewer babies if they could get away with it.

I never said I thought she was lying. I think it's disgusting what happened but I would like to hear all sides of the story, before I make my mind up. My whole problem is that people would rather pass an amendment simply because it supports something useful with out knowing the literature of it. For it to be affective it needs to be written in a very matter of fact way. If its written as just a general amendment even though its passed it may have loopholes and could be discarded in future events

What possible harm could there be to allow a women to take her rapist to court? What is it about Republican conservatives anyway? They are what stagnate our country. Chicken littles of anything that might seem progressive. They find the negitivity in EVERYTHING and if there isn't anything to be found they make chit up! When will we work together for the people of our country instead of playing power trips over money which has put us where we are today?

Oh and its just like a liberal to generalize the republican party and throw out personal attacks to people you don't know and could give to shits about. Why don't you try having an intelligent conversation without the third grade name calling, you might be taken on a more serious note. i actually agree, generalizations are the root of hostility between ppl. it's easier to hate generalized groups rather than actual free-thinking individuals.

think about that when u listen to extreme left or right talkers. they constantly label us in order to divide and cause miscommunication....though the right is more guilty, u can't deny that

I think both parties are extremely polluted, and honestly I don't think one is any dirtier than the other. That's why I don't claim either party they're both full of foul corrupt people. I think it would do good to get some fresh blood in the house. The whole problem is that what Liberals think is right the conservatives think is wrong and vice versa so there's never any level ground for them to stand on. Maybe one day we'll find that common ground we can all come together and agree on.

All I know is that when "I" Watch Fox news I see witch hunts and scare tactics on anything progressive. ANYTHING from the current administration is deemed villianous and if they can't find something wrong with it then they make something up. Then I watch MSNBC " which I was recently told has only 45% liberal viewers" and all they seem to do is counter these Fox attacks with common sense and facts. Two party system needs to be removed so we're not fighting against eachother rather FOR eachother.
