anyway, in shugendo we study all buddhism doctrines: zen mikkyo teravada & shugen ..

There is a sitting meditation called TOKKO GATAME MEISOu , as Shika tanza zazen for Zen schools or Ajikan for Shingon mikkyo... gasshou
