Finally got the 20 rep set with the 100#'ers in the 2 DB Bentover Row. As well I got 53 reps all to gether over 3 sets. Pretty hard, but not as difficult as I had thought.
Maybe when I turn 70 I'll try for 20+
These sets were alternated with sets of Wide gripe, High elbow, Inclin Presses to the Chun, and Hevy Close Grip pulldowns.
Inclines were sets of 10 with 225#
The Pulldowns were 300 x 20, 330 x 10
Now I have to decide if I want to grind on or "change it up a bit".
.I love doing 20 rep sets.You get a great pump doing them.I couldn't do 20 reps with those DBs though.Great work.
