It's Going To Be Okay - Episode 15 Part 1

*Miley and David leave. Nick finally catches up to Selena, checking the only place he knew her to be, the park. Once he gets there, he immediately notices her crying and pointing the gun towards Cody*
Cody: (On his knees, with his hands in front of him, palms vertical) Selena, you dont want to do this. I didnt mean to make Demi lose the baby, okay? It was an accident, Im sorry. Just put the gun down, we can talk about this.
Selena: (Shakes her head) This isnt okay, Cody. What you did was wrong. It doesnt matter that Demi loosing the baby was an accident. She should have never been pregnant in the first place. If you hadnt of done what you did, none of us would be where we are today. Demi wouldnt be in this pain, mentally and physically. Demi wouldnt have blamed Joe. Joe wouldnt have felt guilty. Joe wouldnt be in a coma. I wouldnt think of you every time I see my boyfriend. I wouldnt have remembered those nights, when I made love to him for the first time. And I wouldnt be here pointing this gun at you. It all goes back to what you did.
Cody: Oh come on, Sel, baby. You didnt seem to mind it the first time. I mean think about it. Is it really my fault? Joe and Miley are the ones who started this. If Miley hadnt of cheated on me, and my best friend hadnt of been the one to sleep with my girlfriend. Although, now that I think about it, it kind of comes back on me AND you, doesnt it?
Selena: (She notices Nick walking towards them) Shut up, Cody. SHUT UP.
Cody: Because if Miley hadnt of caught us that night, she would have never felt the need to get back at me. But I mean, she forgave you of course, because you told her it was all me, and that you would never let it go all the way, but not me, even though she got even. I suppose that us three are still the only ones that knew what almost happened. (Notices Nick too, and smiles) Nick probably never thought that you almost werent a virgin. I guess he has Miley to thank for that one. Because you and I both know that if she didnt walk in, there is no way in hell we wouldve stopped on our own. Now is there, baby?
Selena: (Starts shaking) Dont call me that, you bastard.
Nick: (Stops walking and stares at Selena) Selena, put the gun down.
Selena: Why should I? He needs to pay.
Nick: (Walks over to her and puts his hand on the gun) He will, but not like this. Just give me the gun.
Selena: (Looks at Nick despairingly) Okay (Lets it go)
Nick: (Takes it and tucks it into the back of his pants) Thank you.
Cody: Nick
Nick: (Looks at Cody) Dont. The only reason I did this is so Selena wouldnt hate herself for the rest of her life. So that she wouldnt have your blood on her hands. Its over Cody. You need to find somewhere to go because if I ever see your face around any one of us again, I will be the one to pull the trigger. Get lost.
Cody: Whatever you say (Walks away)
Selena: (Wipes the tears from her face) Thank you, Nick.
