I don't make videos on this account anymore but I feel like I should address this little issue on people accusing me of "abusing" my dog. Yes she was shaking, as what happens in many small breeds. It's natural, believe me. This was about 3 feet off the carpet - and she is not too scared of heights. I have always loved animals and have cared about their rights, and that was no different when I made this video. Right now Coco is perfectly healthy and still acts like a spoiled little puppy. She gets loads of love from the whole family. So go spend your efforts on the countless REAL animal issues that unfortunately exist and stop wasting your time on a kid with a camcorder. This was my idea of a joke 3 years ago. If you can't take it, then leave. These 25 seconds have been a completely harmless part of her life.

Oh would you guys hush! If the dog didn't like it THAT much, it would've gotten down! Trust me, I have a Dachshund myself and if you try to make them do anything they don't to, they aren't going to do it! So just stop saying she's a stupid kid! =P

You know people, if they didn't like Hight's they wouldn't come up on your slightly high bed to come lay with you and when they want down they get down. My own baby girl Dachshund does just that, but she has doggie stairs because I don't want her to strain her back from flopping off the bed too much. Dachshunds usually end up with a history of back problems so I'm always careful with my little angel.

ADORABLE!! I have a dachsie myself. Love them! I think the dog was perfectly fine. She seemed like she was waiting for a treat hehe. I cant get mine to sit still for nothing like that unless hes getting food lol. So cute love the whole commercial act ;D

You guys need to chill! I have a dachshund (a very loved and spoiled one at that) and he shakes all the time. I don't think this dog has been abused, certainly not by this kid. Mine usually shakes when he's cold or when we're going out and he's going to be left at home (he get's anxious). They're a pretty uptight breed.

Dachshunds shake naturally sometimes. They are very uptight dogs. I have three and one jitters a lot. The other two not so much.
