This is a video of the iPhone 3G launch in San Antonio, Texas at the La Cantera Mall on July 11, 2008. Many people dedicated some serious hours and lost a lot of sleep to have the new iPhone 3G. Some left empty handed due to the unorganized process involved in activating an iPhone...including myself

Wait... it looks like you got in at the launch? Why weren't you able to get the phone? Just because they couldn't figure out how to get the activation working, they just didn't sell it?
