Yea, you got it! A $3,800 debt to a 3rd party has now "magically" been turned into a $3000 tax I owe.

They said " your child support payment is $579.50, if you make $579.50 a month it disqualifies you from getting food stamps". They don't care that the first $579.50 I have every month goes to another household, it's MY income. CUZ I PAY THE TAXES ON IT!

Well here it is Aug 1 2010 and i am still having to pay Income tax. I guess the gov did not hear you when you said we will not pay income tax anymore. Goes to show no matter how high we speak they are not leasing to us. They don't care about us and what we want it is all about what they want. And they get anything they want.

This is what I'm talking about. My wife and I haven't received an income tax but only once in our 14 year marriage. Her income was taken due to my child support back pay, I've been current for long time my child is 18 and they are continuing taken money from me and my wife. We have three kids at home and fighting a 16.1 interest rate on our home. I've just dismiss my chapter 13th cause the payment is over 3,000 a month. Never received any stimulus check for none our kids.

You got that right, see U.S. Code Title 15 Section 17. Also for "Occupation" on your tax forms write "Laborer".

"If you give me one law in existence, or proof that enough states participated in the ammendment, or consitutional authority to pay for the income tax, and I will do it"
