Assume a push-up position placing one hand on the floor and one on the top of a medicine ball. Keeping your abs drawn in and body straight lower your chest toward the floor and push through the ball and the floor to allow your body to raise back up. Perform the set number of repetitions then repeat on opposite arm.
THIS EXERCISE CAN ALSO BE PERFORMED IN A 'SHORT LEVER' FASHION WITH KNEES BEING PLACED ON THE GROUND THROUGHOUT.
