I was thinking the same thing! I was actually hoping that if they achieve something like a hologram touch screen, it would be portable, the keyboard on the bottom, and the screen in front of you.
There's actually this keyboard that's just a light that displays on a flat surface, once that happens, you have yourself an instant keyboard c:
