Nicotine is still a harmful chemical, therefore they are not totally harmless, however, the stop smoking products you see in chemist/drug stores are NRT. This means Nicotine Replacement Therapy. E cigs are an alternative to smoking and not specifically designed to stop you smoking. I understand the video is saying they can be used as a method of stopping smoking, however, no matter how much nicotine you intake per day/month if you really want to stop smoking, you still have to bite the bullet.

I get mine from wwwsmokeforfreenet. You have to create an account. They seem to be a new company but very good. If you refer your friends you get a commission payment every time they buy something and if they refer a friend you also get a commission payment.
