http://www.eyelash-transplant.com - Dr. Bauman's Eyelash Transplant procedure featured on ABC's Good Morning America. For more info, visit http://www.eyelash-transplant.com

Cosmetic and Reconstructive eyelash transplant surgery restores long lashes without medications like Latisse or eyelash extensions that need maintenance. Injury or trauma can cause loss of eyelashes, allowing dust and debris into the eye.
Long eyelashes have been a sign of beauty since the dawn of recorded history.
This interview and surgery was taped at the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery's (ISHRS) first ever Regional Live Surgery Workshop on Eyelash Transplantation. Held in Los Angeles, the Live Surgery Workshop was attended by dozens of physicians from around the world who were looking to learn more about eyelash transplant surgery.

Faculty member and Board-Certified Hair Restoration Physician, Dr. Alan Bauman, performed eyelash transplant surgery on Aleve (Al-eh-VEY) Loh and recovered trichotillomania patient, Rachel Dauod. Dr. Bauman is one of the world's most experienced eyelash transplant surgeons for cosmetic and reconstructive eyelash transplant surgery. http://www.baumanmedical.com

  • Hair transplanted to areas that grow to a limite size, height, will keep the size growing rate of the donator area. So hair transplanted from head to the eyelash area will grow continually like hair from head. So every week they nea to cut a bit the transplanted hair to keep the same size.

  • @jerryaltman Yes, you are correct about eyelash transplants. Once the follicles are implanted to the lid, they live and grow there permanently and will need to be trimmed. Usually, every few weeks or so. --Dr. B.
