probably the highlight from season two, this was right after the "droopy buys doughnuts" with "stuck-up guy".....awesome episode. In my opinion they really started to figure it out at the end of season 2 and then season 3 was flawless and season 4 almost as good.
To the person downthread who wondered why they used megaphones in this sketch:
Microphones as we know them today weren't good enough to use widely until the mid-1920s.
Before then, performers' voices had to carry, and there were times when some pop singers really did have to use megaphones on stage in a big music hall.
This is going to sound WAY lame...but Tom Kenny completely sells this one...and towards the end lends a certain meloncholy to it that is just awesome....
