How anyone can watch this and still think that Joey always wanted Pacey just boggles my mind.

This show was and always will be about Dawson and Joey. They will always be the heart of this show.

In the movie Indecent Proposal, someone once said that, " If you really want something really bad, you set it free and if it comes back to you it is yours forever. I fit does not it was not yours to begin with." I feel that either Joey will always be Dawson's to begin with.

I also think that the writers ending, is kind of left to the imagination.. I mean i know Joey loved Pacey and all that. But look at this, I can't imagine thay pacey and joey stayed together.. It's all about Joey&Dawson!

I'm a fan of Joey and Pacey and I think in the first few seasons, had Dawsons Creek ended then, Dawson and Joey should have ended up together. But i think as the show went on, Pacey and Joey had more chemistry and just seemed more in love. Dawson seemed so whiny whereas Pacey always let go of Joey when he thought it was the best thing for her. Having said all that I did like them- just not as much as i love pacey/joey On the bright side, Dawson was MUCH hotter in season 6 than he had ever been.

Your videos are so great. Dawson loved Joey so much and at every turn he just wanted her to be happy. I used to get upset about the final episode but upon further analysis I realize that she and Pacey would not work out in the long run. Pacey has deep, deep self-esteem issues that he never overcame and even though Joey supposedly "chose" Pacey, it was always under the condition that she could still have Dawson in her life. Pacey was never secure enough to handle what Dawson and Joey shared.

I don't know why pjers think dj couldn't work just cuz they fell in love with each other at what like 15? people do end up with their high school sweethearts or first loves, it's rare, but it does happen. and just cuz pj had more seasons together doesn't mean they would be happily ever after. dj was the best, Coda episode says it all
