PLEASE WATCH IN 480P WHICH YOU CAN CLICK ABOVE 360P TO WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY.Walking in Humility before God! Living under Christ's Lordship! Possessing the Life of God! Three simple, yet profound verses in this "worship song" live from the mission field. Vibrant, corporate worship is so beautiful when hearts are united and voices are blended to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ!!

Humility: This is a lost virtue in the church today. Pride and arrogance are very common yet serious sins. Humility is a precious jewel in the heart of a born again believer. Andrew Murray said, "How little this is preached. How little this is practiced. How few ever think of making humility a distinct object of desire and prayer?"

1 Peter 5:5 "Clothe yourselves with humility." Humility should be a hallmark of all God's people. It means an absence of pride, an honest awareness of one's weaknesses and a dependance upon God for all things. Pride causes God to turn away from us. To be exalted in our own minds or to seek honor and esteem from others in order to satisfy our pride grieves the Holy Spirit. James 4:6 "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble." God gives grace, help, and mercy to the humble. We need to examIne our hearts and get rid of the sin of pride.

Lordship of Christ: Jesus Christ is Lord. The earliest creed or confession of the New Testament Church was not "Jesus is just Savior". It was "Jesus is Lord". Jesus is specifically called Savior 16 times in the New Testament. He's called Lord more than 450 times. He is a saving Lord. No one can receive Jesus as Savior without receiving Him as Lord. This is essential (Acts 2:36-40). The word Lord means having power, dominion, authority, and the right to master. To say Jesus is Lord is to say He's equal with God (John 20:28, Heb. 1:10). He is worthy of power (Rev. 5:12). He is worthy of worship (Phil. 2:10-11). He is worthy of obedience. Obedience is the fruit of true faith. (Hebrews 5:9, 1 John 2:3-4) Acts 2:36 "God has made this Jesus whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ." Phil. 2:11 "In that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father."

The Life of God: When we're born of God He imparts Life into our spirit -His very own life. We are now in vital union with God and He indwells us. 1 John 5:12 "He that has the Son of God has Life." This is spiritual life. This is divine life that makes us a new creation. (2 Cor. 5:17) The Greek word for life is ZOE. Eternal life is the" present actual possession" of the believer and it manifests through us in godly living. We are partakers of the divine nature. (2 Peter 1:4). The seed of God is in us. (1 John 3:9 "No one who is born of God will continue to sin because God's seed remains in him.") God's very life, His spirit and nature is now in us and we now yearn and desire to please Him. To live in willful, habitual, deliberate rebellion against God is a denial of the awesome power and change that takes place in us at the new birth. We are not sinless, but we do not live in sin because of the life of God in us. Jesus saves us from sin, not in sin. The new nature in us, that is the life of God in our regenerated soul, is created in true righteousness and holiness. (Eph. 4:24)

John 6:47 "He that believes on Me has everlasting life."

Romans 6:23 "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

1 John 2:29 "If you know that He is righteous you know that everyone who practices righteousness is born of Him."

Finally, all people have eternal existence, meaning you'll live eternally in Heaven or Hell. But only those who are in Christ have eternal life, that is the life of God. God bless you!

  • I love the congregational choir. The loud music at most postmodern churches have killed the true spirit of true joyful singing from the congregation.
