  • I've got a question if I may:

    How on Earth a submitter can allow/reject other submitters' photos?

    It is clearly a Conflict of Interest. A couple of yrs ago I left one of the few micro stock sites I used to submit to because a couple of these "semi-gods" :) were kicking out a lot of pretty good shots - not only my pics - while their portfolio grew like mushrooms into 3-5000+. Several of them were textbook "how/what not to" even according their own rules. I submit to - fair - sites only now.

  • mark... is there a link to your istock portfolio available? :)

  • Yeah I think that "business shot" would be rejected due to focus issues at some micro stock sites. The Problem with Micro stock is photographers earn less than 30 cents an image and yet have to jump over higher bars to get images accepted than traditional stock agencies where you can earn $100's a image. Micro stock needs to get a grip

  • 5D? Thats all you edited into the final is a 5D? Lenses? Flashes?

  • Here's a good question;

    Do Stock photo take jobs from Photographers who do one job contacts?

  • What an outstanding video to help out the weekend warrior become more of a pro! Thanks Mark!

  • My local computer magazine always uses photos from iStockPhoto, I think I have seen his name there also.
