Droneless - Horizonto

Two really wonderful pieces, Droneless by Lawrence Morgan-Anstee (Eel Grinders) and Horizonto by Paul James (Blowzabella), as I play them with my new band Bordunrausch. Please excuse the little mistakes, but I had just a very short time to shoot the video and not the possibility to retry until it's perfect... But this time, it's a better camera...

Ich wollte anfangen Dudelsack zu spielen. Ich wollte dich nur einiges darüber nun fragen.

Der Ton den du da spielst ist genau den, den ich suche. Könntest du mir bitte sagen wie der gestimmt ist und wenn möglich auch wo du ihn herbekommen hast und Preis dieses schönen Stücks ;)

Hallo, das ist eine Schäferpfeife von Bodo Schulz aus Hachemühle. In diesem Falle die einbordunige Schülervariante. Stimmung ist eigentlich G (auch wenn diese beiden Stücke in d-moll stehen). Die Schäferpfeife ist aber als vollchromatisches Instrument mit halbgeschlossener Griffweise äußerst flexibel für einen Dudelsack.

Was den Presi angeht musst du wohl auf Bodos Seite nach dem aktuellen Stand gucken, mein Instrument is bald 10 Jahre alt, da waren die Preise noch anders...

Sounds a lot of fun. You should watch your tone when your in the second octave though, it's a bit off. But perhaps it is in the build of the instrument, i dont know this manufacturer,
