IN 4 LANGUAGES- Franck Ropers, presents his method that is based on Penchak Silat style. The defense combinations are quick, simple, very expeditious and performed empty handed. Franck Ropers also shows you how to use an everyday object and use it as a weapon. Thus, a pen, a cup or a car key can turn into defense weapons.

  • this is a great movie especially with the martial arts and very well done. i must congratulate u. but what about those who dont have MMA skill or knowledge and are alot more just street fighting like myself. i know some Brazilian JuJitsu but i aint good at all of it. if u could post a vid for an average joe like me and the majority of america it would be greatly appreciated. otherwise thank u for the great vid.

  • have you ever seen someone take a good hit to the throat, eyes, balls, neck, knee, solarplexus. When hit properly the person will stop.

  • Nice video Donrw. Great mixture of the arts. There are always some people that pick apart everything. I know what your showing and I like it. Ireceived my black belt in Shotokan in 1971, I'm 63 now and can't remember most of what I was taught or physically can not do it anymore. I started taking Krav Maga and like it. I did the stylized martial arts years ago, now I have about 10 seconds of real stamina so KM is just what I want. Anything I can add to it is a plus. keep up the good instructions.

  • LOL 0:28

  • too bad in real life the attacker doesn't stop after the first hit / wrist grab

  • Only thing I don't know if I buy here is the kicking techniques which look like something out of krav, but because this guy is obviously brutal, I have to assume he knows what he's doing. What silat is this, white crane?

  • Nice.

  • AWESOME VIDEO -

  • go for the balls

  • My favorite is at 0:22. What can you do against that??!!
