Actually somebody that is pudgy or fat is at less risk because the force of the blow will be more absorbed by the excess belly fat. If you got tight hard abs the force of any blow is driven more directly back into your organs underneath increasing the odds of a hemmorage from any of the many blood vessels in the stomach/gut area.

@punktheman Absolutely. It isn't how strong your abs might be, any punch even a weak one is enough for blood vessels that are reletatively near the surface to develop a tiny leak. Everyone has seen a garden house with just a pin hole in it. Same for your blood vessels which are also under pressure. What can happen that is so tragic is blood can spurt out like when you either shake or drop a can of soda then open it right after. This is a silly game that can end badly.

I wonder if your morons would be laughing as hard if this "game" resulted in going to Lorran's funeral. Every year, some die. The area you are punching has a rich blood supply. 1 of 2 outcomes is more likely than you think. A blood vessel can spasm, block blood flow to intestines, they die in about 6 hours, unless emergency surgery so does the victim. Can cause a repture in blood vessle, starts as trickle, fills abdominal cavity with blood, victim dies in his sleep.
