There "was" a rumour about a man in white at Mossedeeps Space Center, in Pokemon Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald. It was that when he said "Rocket launching number 59 was a success!", he would let you on the next ship(#60) and then meet Jirachi/Deoxys (and be able to catch it).

I belived it... but NO!:

The number increase every week (without you playing the game). The rocket numbers is the amount of weeks you have played. I think Nintendo put it there so you could calculate when you first started playing. I calculated and it said I had played since 20/7-2005 - Which is true.

TO THOSE WHO SAY IT'S STILL TRUE:

But don't you think that if this "moon-trip" were true, a lot of hackers would have proved it? I mean, they can make the Mirage Island appear with the right code, so why not make the rocket launching available with another code? That would settle the rumour forever.

Here's a video of me showing that it is fake/rumour/a lie. I've been waiting quite a long time to get him saying "number 59".

I WON'T believe anyone that says it works. I want A VIDEO of it. But THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK!

That video is a made up one. I've seen it before lots of times. Look at how the water stoped when the rocket flies up, and how the rocket is flying up, the bad Jirachi sprite, the awful surroundings on the so called "moon".

It's really obvious. It's so fake. Even the title and description tells:

Actually you could get Jirachi if you have either one of the game cube games, Coloessum, XD, or channel. (Not sure which anymore but I'm pretty sure it was Coloesum or a disk that came with it.) Anyway have ruby/saphire/ or Emerald version and transfer it there. Then have Diamond/Pearl/Platinum completed and have that pal park unlocked. Then go there and you'll be able to catch pokemon transfered in to the game wild. (At the Park)
