Late of The Pier - Space and The Woods

this single was amazing, when it finally came out! i was into lotp in like 2006 before people knew who they are me and some people at my school went nuts for them at the time and this and focker were nu rave gold, stuff like klaxons just got old after a while but i still really like this stuff, sounds really numan esc. this is propper nu rave!

Can anyone name the Big Four bands of Nu-Rave? Any ideas?

@Eoinposse Hmm, not really "Nu-Rave" i don't think. I do like them a lot though, they remind me more of Vampire Weekend.

tbh klaxons are the only new rave band to get proper mainstream success (top 10 singles and the like), so it would be difficult to make a top 4 - but heres my top 6 lol:

I didn't like the Marina and the Diamonds cover that much, I prefer the vocals in the original. I love Marina...but she shrieks a bit in the cover.

LOTP FTW!!! This video is my fave I think.

for the record, I meant Marina and the Diamonds cover IS unbelievable.. of course it's not an original of hers..

And it is better than the original actually, the more I listen to it.. :P
